Before tuition begins, we take time to understand each student's educational background, current attainment, learning preferences and any additional needs that may affect their learning. We recognise that different students learn best in different ways and aim to provide an environment that is structured, supportive and free from unnecessary distractions.


Where appropriate, we will consider individual seating arrangements or alternative learning spaces to help students feel comfortable and ready to learn.

Where a student's needs require highly specialised therapeutic or educational interventions beyond the scope of our service, we will always discuss this openly with families and, where possible, signpost them to appropriate specialist support.
