At Ibberson Tutoring Solutions LTD, we are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student, family, tutor and member of staff is treated with dignity, fairness and respect. We are proud to be an anti-racist organisation. This means we do more than simply reject racism—we actively work to identify, challenge and eliminate discrimination, prejudice and inequality in all its forms. We recognise that racism can be overt, subtle or systemic, and we are committed to ensuring that it has no place within our organisation.

We expect every member of the Ibberson Tutoring Solutions community—including students, parents, tutors, staff and visitors—to uphold our values of respect, inclusion and equality.

Discrimination, racist language, harassment, bullying or any behaviour that demeans another person because of their race, ethnicity, nationality or cultural background will not be tolerated. Where such behaviour occurs, appropriate action will be taken in line with our policies and procedures.
