1-week intensive summer course

All Summer Tuition lessons and Summer Intensive Courses are provided exclusively during the months of July and August.

Fees paid for summer tuition are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. All booked lessons must be attended and completed within the July–August summer programme and cannot be carried forward into the new academic year.

Missed lessons are non-transferable and will not be refunded, except in the following circumstances:

• The lesson is cancelled by the company. In this case, an alternative lesson will be arranged, or a refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.
• Exceptional circumstances, at the company's sole discretion, such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events supported by appropriate evidence where requested.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, a minimum of 24 hours' notice must be provided to the company to allow an opportunity to reschedule the lesson within the July–August programme. 

Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability and cannot be guaranteed. Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the lesson being forfeited and no refund or replacement lesson will be offered, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to notify the company as soon as possible if a lesson cannot be attended. While every effort will be made to accommodate genuine exceptional circumstances, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed due to the limited duration of the summer programme.
